What to bring
Here is a list of things you will need:
1.) Fishing License. The Captain will inform you on what part of the lake you will be fishing. The daily rate does not include your fishing license. If we are fishing in Michigan waters and/or Canadian Waters, you will need to purchase your fishing license prior to departure.
All charter trips will be in or near Canadian waters. Both a MI fishing license and Ontario fishing license may be required. The captain will let you know which license(s) to purchase.
2.) Sunblock, protective clothing, sunglasses. Please make sure expensive glasses have a head strap in case they fall off.
3.) Proper attire. Lake St. Clair can play a lot of weather tricks. Make sure to check the local weather prior to your trip. You can always ask the captain on the phone call. When boarding the vessel please NO BLACK SOLED SHOES! Boat shoes are recommended due to black soles leaving marks on the boat. If you don't have boat shoes, any white sole shoe will work. Thank you!
4.) Food & Beverages. We do not supply food and drink during your trip. We can supply a cooler on board if needed, just ask!
5.) A camera for photos! You can take your own, or, we can provide photography/videography services for you. We work with Q's Social Marketing company, who can board the vessel to take photos/video of your group, edit them, and send them to you for an additional cost. Ask the captain prior to your trip for details!
6.) A deposit of a $200.00 is required and is refundable up to 30 days prior to the booked date. If you have to cancel your trip, we will refund your deposit within 30 days.
Time the vessel leaves dock
Morning trips typically leave the dock at 7:00 am
Afternoon trips will typically leave at 3:00 pm
