Captain Frank grew up near the shores of lake St. Clair. At a very young age, with his father and grandfather he started fishing the lake along with the Detroit, and St. Clair rivers. Fishing became a passion of his which still exists today, and will forever..

With just over 4 decades of experience on the water Captain Frank is able to adapt to and follow the seasonal movements of the targeted species.

After competing in walleye, and salmon tournaments the extreme passion turned towards the Muskie chase. That thrill will never get old! 
Captain Frank would like to share his knowledge whether you are a seasoned angler or a first timer his goal is to provide you with a safe and very enjoyable experience.

Of course fishing for walleye, bass, and other species is always a great option. Captain Frank  focuses on muskie from the first Saturday in June until December weather permitting.

Every year Captain Frank participates in several fishing benefits for veterans.  He is a member of the Michigan Ontario Muskie Club and has been part of several top prize awards over the years.

Capt. Frank Beels is USCG Licensed Captain. Our vessel goes through the Michigan DNR Inspection process and passes with flying colors. Of course with that being said Capt. Frank Beels and the Get Hooked SportFishing vessel are insured.
